Returns Policy
All items purchased from NZExotics are covered under the New Zealand consumers Guarantee act and will be honored in full if
1. the product if faulty it will be either replaced/repaired or refunded based on the situation
2, if a product arrives and was not what you were wanting then it can be returned as long as it is still in the same condition as when it arrived and has its original packaging, returning it to us is at your own cost and when being refunded the initial cost of shipping will not be included
